Service Transformation Lead

This role involves driving end-to-end process mapping to identify opportunities for service optimisation.

The successful candidate will lead business process improvement activities that directly impact timetabling and broader service delivery.

A key responsibility of this position is leading improvements in timetabling processes, ensuring systems and workflows support the institution's scale and context.

This is a unique opportunity to design future-state processes, reduce pain points, and create long-term efficiencies that enhance the student and staff experience.

About You

You are a collaborative and forward-thinking professional with experience in process improvement and service transformation.

A strong understanding of timetabling challenges in large or dual-sector institutions is also required.

You must be able to translate complexity into clear, actionable solutions that deliver measurable impact.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term position until 18th December 2026, with a salary HEW 8 $116,551 - $131,257 + 17% Superannuation.

The position is based at the Melbourne CBD campus, with hybrid ways of working.
