Family Support Opportunities

We are seeking experienced professionals to support vulnerable families, children, and young people in remaining together and out of the statutory system.

Our team provides evidence-based programs to help individuals and families build stronger relationships and overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case management and practice coordination
  • Supporting family preservation and reunification efforts
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement case plans

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in social work, child protection, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
