**Role Overview**

Sense Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Chief Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team. This highly influential role requires an individual with expertise in driving digital transformation and strategic planning within complex organisational structures.

As the Chief Digital Transformation Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and owning an integrated technology strategic plan using the OKR Framework to set clear goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Your goal will be to guide the strategic direction and drive outcomes that bridge business and operational tech teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Facilitate the development of a Digital Roadmap that supports the agreed strategy and enables key strategic projects across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated technology strategic plan using the OKR Framework to ensure it remains aligned with business objectives and adaptable to changing needs.
  • Support technology initiatives within the agreed strategy and drive key strategic projects that align with the organisation's objectives and deliver measurable impact.
  • Improve the governance framework to support the delivery of technology initiatives, including creating project charters, PSR (Project Status Reporting), and stakeholder analysis mapping to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Facilitate internal communications and change management to ensure smooth adoption and engagement with technology activities across the business.
  • Attach related activities to the strategic plan and track progress and budgets to keep each initiative on target, delivering impactful, measurable results that align with overarching business goals.

  • An understanding of agile methodologies and a hands-on approach to embedding an Agile Way of Working that enhances collaboration and speeds up decision-making.
  • Proven experience in facilitating cross-functional workshops with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across diverse teams.

**Estimated Salary**: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
