Community Engagement Coordinator

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in your local community, working closely with schools, community groups and other stakeholders to deliver engaging and meaningful programs.

As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community engagement strategies that align with our business goals. This includes coordinating events, activities and workshops that promote our brand and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Coordinate events, activities and workshops that promote our brand and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
  • Work closely with schools, community groups and other stakeholders to deliver engaging and meaningful programs.
  • Manage donations and fundraising activities for local schools and community groups.
  • Assist in managing existing and new relationships with community groups and be the key point of contact at their local store.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for supporting and being involved in the community.
  • An ability to influence and motivate the team in-store.
  • Confidence to grow and maintain relationships.
  • Creativity to design and deliver engaging programs and activities.
  • Ability to be organised, plan events and manage your time effectively.
