We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aged Community Support Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of clients in the Darling Downs Region.
About the Role:
This is a rewarding and challenging position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support services to clients in their own homes or in community-based settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing transportation to and from appointments and outings
- Supporting clients with domestic cleaning and light meal preparation
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
- COVID 19 Vaccinations certification
