About the Role

We're seeking a talented Lifecycle Campaign Manager to join our team at REA Group. As a key member of our Lifecycle & Engagement team, you'll be responsible for developing personalized omni-channel consumer journeys that engage our audiences at every stage of their property journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize new opportunities, balancing consumer relevancy and maximizing ROI for REA.
  • Develop and execute on a robust optimization testing stream with continual testing and improvements to be managed within all Braze channels, canvases, and campaigns.
  • Manage audience targeting, monitoring counts, campaign proofing, testing, and launching within Braze.
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns and showcase key learnings and insights within the team and across the business.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of new developments, channels, and practices in personalization of communications and marketing operations technical expertise.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in a Marketing discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in similar Lifecycle or Marketing roles with the ability to create campaign plans, manage projects, and timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating great consumer experiences.
  • Technical savvy and strong at all aspects of campaign creation and management – experience with a marketing automation platform, Braze desirable.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities, quantify estimated business and customer impact, shape ideas into actionable campaign plans through to implementation and post-launch analysis.
  • Data and results-led, experienced in creating testing strategies to increase and measure communication performance.
