About the Role

The Lifecycle Campaign Specialist role sits within the Lifecycle and Engagement team, which is part of Audience & Marketing at REA Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a busy calendar of cross-channel customer marketing campaigns across In-App Messaging, Push, Email, and SMS within our current marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze).
  • Develop personalised, relevant, and optimised messaging and communications, building an end-to-end journey of customer-led experiences.
  • Work closely with the customer Product, GTM, CX, and sales teams to develop, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness of products, reach revenue targets, and maintain customer sentiment.
  • Develop and execute on a robust optimisation testing stream with continual testing and improvements to be managed within our marketing automation platforms, with the goal of proving incremental uplift in engagement and conversion.
  • Analyse the performance of campaigns in all channels and share learnings and actionable insights with the team and broader REA group.
  • Manage the communication schedule based on contact rules cross-channel to maximise engagement and ROI.
  • Manage audience targeting, monitoring counts, campaign proofing, testing, and launching within our marketing automation platforms.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of new developments, channels, and practices in personalisation of communications and marketing operations technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating great user experiences.
  • Someone technically savvy and strong at all aspects of campaign creation and management – ideally with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities, quantify estimated business and consumer impact, shape ideas into actionable campaign plans through to implementation and post-launch analysis.
  • Data and results-led, experienced in creating testing strategies to increase and measure communication performance.
  • Perseverance in solving problems and willing to troubleshoot HTML problems or any data issues.
  • Creative and experimentation mindset – familiar and experienced in optimisation testing processes, methodology, and best practice.
  • Has a desire and willingness to help others.
