The role of the Executive Support Officer is to provide comprehensive administrative and correspondence support to senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office operations, including document production, diary management, and travel bookings.
- Examine, redirect, and respond to incoming correspondence with discretion and autonomy.
- Liaise with senior management and officers to ensure timely completion of correspondence.
- Proofread and edit outgoing correspondence for accuracy and relevance.
- Assign, track, monitor, and report on all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain effective records management systems and improve unit correspondence work systems.
The successful person will have demonstrated current experience in a similar role, experience in managing high volume correspondence, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
