Fitness Cartel is on a mission to provide the best facilities, customer service, and atmosphere in the industry. As a Membership Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting our brand and seeking out new members who can benefit from our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the club member base through new membership sales.
  • Generate leads using creative techniques to ensure a constant flow of incoming leads.
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, demonstrating club facilities and highlighting features and benefits that meet identified fitness needs.
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years of previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.

  • Experience in a KPI-driven environment with a proactive lead generation mindset.
