We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Officer to join our team in Coffs Harbour. As a key member of our Housing Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering a 12-month calendar of events across the region to meet the target of 80 home ownership opportunities annually.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver a comprehensive calendar of events to support home ownership initiatives
- Innovate engagement strategies with stakeholders, incorporating technology where appropriate
- Administer the Home Buyer Saver grants program with a high level of probity
- Provide accurate and up-to-date data and analysis for the Home Ownership Program
- Prepare project-related documents, such as reports, budgets, and status updates
- Support projects as directed, working alongside Senior Regional Project Officers
- Collaborate with community partners to deliver outcomes in line with the Closing the Gap initiative
- Experience in project coordination and delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of independence
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage high-risk or sensitive projects
