We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of well-maintained properties, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring timely repairs and maintenance. They will also be responsible for rent reviews, tribunal, and ingoing/outgoing inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Ensure timely repairs and maintenance are carried out to prevent any disruptions to tenants.
- Conduct rent reviews, tribunal, and ingoing/outgoing inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in property management.
- Knowledge of Property Me.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of customer service at all times.
- Reliable car, Certificate of Registration, and ACT drivers license.
