Senior Property Manager

As our Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of office buildings in the CBD, achieving high levels of client satisfaction, and delivering operational cost savings initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with customers and tenants.
- Manage leasing, reporting, capex, rent roll, and debt management.
- Complete budget, outgoings estimate, asset plans, quarterly forecasts, and reports.
- Ensure lease security and public liability insurance is held in accordance with the lease and licence documentation.
- Provide leadership to the team to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
- Receive high levels of satisfaction from occupants and owners in relation to building performance and execution of duties.
Requirements:
You will need intimate knowledge of the commercial property market, good financial acumen, and a certificate of registration or real estate licence. Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills are essential, as is a natural drive to succeed. You will also need great time management and organisational skills.
