Medical Affairs Coordinator

This is a highly skilled role within our organization that involves managing routine tasks and serving as the first point of contact for various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech operations, preferably in Medical Affairs.

  • Manage research fellowship program annual process from end to end including updating materials; communications with vendors, judges and applicants; agreements; payments and monitoring requirements.
  • Work closely with HR Operations, HR, IT and L&D to support the successful onboarding of new team members, ensuring IT equipment, relevant orientation meetings and all new hire materials are arranged for the employees first day at the company.
  • Coordinate large events for the directorate, such as training/team building, including budget management, location sourcing, liaising with vendors, planning, organizing, speaker liaison and implementation of activities.
