Opportunities are FIFO from Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing or Kununurra to mine sites

Rosters range depending on the role, but are predominately 7D7N7R OR 7D7N14R

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and breakdown repairs around mine and village infrastructure
  • Use of SAP to create notifications, close out work orders and time confirmations
  • Participate in daily, toolbox and safety meetings
  • Comply with company procedures and lifesaving choices at all times
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments prior to undertaking tasks
  • Report all hazards and incidents within the workplace
  • Coach, mentor and develop apprentices to become high quality tradespeople
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Recognised Trade Qualification
  • C Class Drivers Licence
  • WA 'A' class electrical workers license
  • Previous electrical experience maintaining non-processing infrastructurein a mining environment
  • Experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Variable Speed Drives
  • Understanding of electrical schematics, isolation and permitting systems
