About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Holiday Park Support Staff to join our team, where unforgettable memories are created.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, assisting them with their needs and ensuring a pleasant experience during their stay.
  • Manage guest inquiries and reservations using basic computer and telephone skills.
  • Closely supervise facility closure procedures for the pool, office, rec room, gym, and function room.
  • Maintain a peaceful environment by monitoring guest noise levels to respect the comfort of other guests.
  • Respond promptly to urgent guest requests, such as power outages or TV malfunctions, to swiftly resolve issues and enhance the guest experience.
  • Organize and oversee movie nights, including making popcorn at the beginning of the movie and starting the movie, to provide entertainment for guests (school holidays only).
  • Evaluate and maintain the safety and security of the holiday park.

Requirements:

  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Basic computer and telephone skills.
  • Flexibility to work during school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
