Sales and Service Liaison

This is a mid-level position requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to build client relationships to drive sales objectives.
About the Role- Taking ownership for managing client relationships to support ongoing development, drive client satisfaction, and achieve revenue and sales objectives for defined portfolios.
- Contributing to implementing segment and portfolio strategy, including outbound campaigns, to support retention and growth of client portfolios.
- Managing inbound/outbound client sales and service contracts, exploring sales opportunities, responding to queries, and escalating complaints and leads to more experienced team members as required.
- Collaborating with peers, team members, and key stakeholders to identify and qualify leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to change.
- Demonstrated commitment to relationship building and working in partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Understanding of client needs and experience with industry products are highly valued.
