The successful candidate will work as part of a team responsible for identifying corporate real estate debt financing opportunities with deals for construction and investment loans in the range of $40 - $200 million.
Key Responsibilities- Structuring transactions to best suit the credit objectives of the borrower
- Undertaking credit and property analytics to support deal flow and origination teams
- Working with an industry-leading investment management and leadership team
- End-to-end deal exposure, from origination to execution
- Undergraduate degree in Property, Commerce, Finance, or Law (or relevant area)
- 2-4 years of post-grad experience in an advisory, investment, finance, or real estate field
- Advanced understanding/interest in commercial real estate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Banking (with CRE exposure)
