Job Description

As a Data Analyst at Minty Real Estate, you'll harness vast data sets to extract actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the company. This role is ideal for a data enthusiast who loves to turn complex datasets into compelling stories that inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.

You'll collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights, and generating actionable recommendations to drive business decisions. You'll also develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders, providing them with easy access to insights that inform strategies and performance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets; identify trends, patterns, and insights; and generate actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Reporting and Visualisation: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders, providing them with easy access to insights that inform strategies and performance.
  • Collaborative Insight Generation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to define data requirements and deliver insights that support team objectives.
  • Innovative Analytics Solutions: Explore and implement advanced analytics techniques and machine learning models to enhance Minty's analytical capabilities and competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst, ideally in the technology or real estate sectors.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
