We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our construction projects from site setup to final handover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from start to finish, maintaining a strong focus on quality and timelines
  • Establish and maintain a culture of safety, adhering to strict Workplace Health & Safety standards
  • Coordinate with tradespeople, subcontractors, and site employees to deliver projects efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with Construction Managers to ensure projects remain on track and within scope
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare regular reports, and facilitate effective toolbox talks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

What It Takes to Succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with all stakeholders
  • Relevant trade and tertiary qualifications, along with up-to-date safety certifications
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused mindset
