Property Manager Role

This exciting corporate property management opportunity is based in Karratha, Regional WA. The role involves overseeing housing and office facilities on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage housing allocations to ensure optimal property utilization.
  • Oversee the residential property portfolio in line with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate property data in an ERP system.
  • Coordinate property-related inquiries and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct inspections, including condition reports, vacate and bond inspections, and annual reviews.
  • Manage procurement and upkeep of office furniture and fittings.
  • Coordinate scheduled and reactive maintenance for all property assets.
  • Assist with maintenance and setup of employee office facilities, including desk arrangements and internal moves.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Property Management Certificate or ability to complete within 12 months.
  • Experience in corporate or residential property management with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to coordinate property operations and maintenance.
  • Sound understanding of asset management and ability to interpret contracts and technical documents.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
  • Valid C Class Driver's Licence.
