The Manager Corporate Services role is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to lead as part of a friendly and dedicated administrative team.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Principal to establish and be responsible for financial, physical and human resource processes of the school.
- Oversee business operations
- Collaborate with staff, the community and the administration team
- Focus on positive communication with Department of Education representatives, parents, teachers, education assistants, P&C, outside businesses and community groups
You should be reliable and flexible with excellent conceptual and analytical skills.
The role requires fostering effective human resource management practices, strategic oversight and management of buildings, facilities and assets.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership skills in delivering business outcomes and customer service
- Well-developed oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and negotiation abilities
- Sound financial management skills, including budget preparation and interpretation of financial procedures
- Human resource management skills and related practices
This is a 6 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 4, 2025 with possible extension and/or permanency.
EligibilityBe an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with work rights for the term of the appointment.
Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start.
Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
