Job Description

The Manager Corporate Services role is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to lead as part of a friendly and dedicated administrative team.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Principal to establish and be responsible for financial, physical and human resource processes of the school.

  • Oversee business operations
  • Collaborate with staff, the community and the administration team
  • Focus on positive communication with Department of Education representatives, parents, teachers, education assistants, P&C, outside businesses and community groups

You should be reliable and flexible with excellent conceptual and analytical skills.

The role requires fostering effective human resource management practices, strategic oversight and management of buildings, facilities and assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership skills in delivering business outcomes and customer service
  • Well-developed oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and negotiation abilities
  • Sound financial management skills, including budget preparation and interpretation of financial procedures
  • Human resource management skills and related practices
