The Opportunity

We are excited to announce a new opening for a Warranty Case Consultant within our Toll Transitions team. This unit specializes in delivering comprehensive relocation services to Defence Members and their families. In this role, you will assist ADF Members, as well as Corporate and Government clients, with loss or damage claims. Your efforts will contribute to service recovery and ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete warranty case process efficiently, from initial submission to final resolution. This includes precise documentation of claims, validity assessments, and coordination with relevant parties to expedite outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations into warranty claims to identify root causes and validate claims.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers submitting warranty claims, providing clear and timely updates on claim status, resolution timelines, and any additional information needed.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure prompt resolution of claims.
  • Maintain compliance with policies and ensure accurate record-keeping at all times.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and build positive relationships.

About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in the customer service sector.
  • A valid C-Class driver's license.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office).
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a drive to achieve results.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Eligibility as an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
