About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end warranty claims process, from submission through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Management: Accurately document all claims and work with stakeholders to reach a resolution.
  • Investigation and Validation: Investigate claims to ensure validity and causes.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise directly with customers regarding the warranty claims process, including answering any queries.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with warranty policy at all times.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with experience in claims/warranty, or relocations/removals industries highly regarded.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging or complex situations.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks or deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in logistics industry highly regarded.
  • Citizenship: Australian permanent resident or citizenship.
