Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end warranty claims process, from submission through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Claims Management: Accurately document all claims and work with stakeholders to reach a resolution.
- Investigation and Validation: Investigate claims to ensure validity and causes.
- Customer Liaison: Liaise directly with customers regarding the warranty claims process, including answering any queries.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with warranty policy at all times.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with experience in claims/warranty, or relocations/removals industries highly regarded.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging or complex situations.
- Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks or deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in logistics industry highly regarded.
- Citizenship: Australian permanent resident or citizenship.
- Permanent Full-Time Role: A permanent full-time position with a reputable company.
