Primary Inclusion Teacher Position

Pacific Pines State School is seeking an experienced and dedicated teacher to join their team. As a key member of the school community, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Analyse and utilise student achievement data to inform teaching practices.
  • Identify barriers to learning and create tailored supports to ensure individual needs are met.
  • Collaborate with school teams to improve English outcomes through co-teaching and inclusive practices.
  • Implement transition programs for students entering Prep and moving to high school.
  • Participate in the Inclusion team and Student Services Committee.

Requirements:

  • A relevant teaching qualification.
  • Current full registration or provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland.
  • An exemption card issued by Blue Card Services.
