The Business Development Representative role is a key component of our growth strategy.
As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and scheduling product demonstrations with Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new business opportunities through email and phone outreach
- Identifying and qualifying prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
- Scheduling product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives
- Collaborating with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
- Participating in regular sales training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Be based in Australia or New Zealand
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
