Corporate Financial Leadership Role

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the company's accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and international business environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct all aspects of the company's accounting functions, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and records.
  • Oversee the preparation and consolidation of accurate financial statements.
Accounting Operations

The Corporate Controller will be responsible for directing all core accounting functions, including month-end close, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

Financial Planning and Analysis

The ideal candidate will lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, providing financial modeling and strategic recommendations.

Budgeting and Forecasting

The Corporate Controller will develop and implement scalable, efficient accounting systems and processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.

Internal Controls and Compliance

The position requires experience in establishing and maintaining strong internal controls and accounting policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to company financial policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/controller role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP (and/or IFRS), financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with international operations is highly preferred.
