Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to oversee our financial operations and drive business growth. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial strategies, ensuring the integrity of our financial systems, and providing timely and accurate financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and operating environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and monitor financial and operational benchmarks, budgets, and reports.
  • Lead and support the accounting team with dynamic leadership and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Oversee ERP system operations, identify system issues, and implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  • Professional accounting certification (CPA or CMA).
  • At least 5 years' experience as a senior-level accounting leader.
  • Advanced competency in financial management and accounting software.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
