Event Services Floor Manager

The Event Services Floor Manager is a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless event execution.

  • Team Leadership: Assist in completing all people planning requirements, including recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their event, leading the operational running of events.
  • Performance Standards: Establish specific daily performance objectives for team members and manage service flow and performance standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure events adhere to detailed client briefs, including specifications for organisers and outside contractors.
  • Communication: Implement policies and procedures, maintaining operation and quality service standards.

We seek a candidate with managerial experience in event or conference delivery, demonstrated ability in planning and problem-solving, cross-departmental relationship building, and strong knowledge of food service, event set-ups, and equipment requirements.
