Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Carrying out guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy porters lodge, ensuring all equipment is in good working order
  • Supporting the front office team with check-ins and outs, ensuring seamless transitions for our guests
