Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management or client services, with a focus on creative campaign delivery.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with agency clients, managing the entire client relationship lifecycle, from pitching and selling creative campaigns to overseeing integrated campaign delivery and reporting.

Key responsibilities include building and nurturing agency relationships, pitching and selling creative campaigns, informing and educating agency partners about our audience, offerings, and campaign opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery, and providing clear and insightful post-campaign reporting to clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and growing client relationships, a strong understanding of integrated media campaigns and the WA media landscape, familiarity with social media platforms and digital metrics, high-level communication and negotiation skills, experience with CRM systems and reporting tools, and a passion for Western Australia and its promotion to local and global audiences.
