Your Impact

  • Develop compelling value propositions and craft a cohesive brand narrative that resonates across web, social media, and events.
  • Create, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and email platforms.
  • Design an editorial calendar, produce thought leadership content (blogs, videos, podcasts, social media ads), and provide training in ad design and AI tools.
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, translating data into actionable insights and ROI reports.
  • Cultivate online activities that convert audience interest into qualified leads.
  • Elevate brand voice, collaborate with community leaders, and ensure seamless client experiences.

Your Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, brand strategy, growth, or demand-gen roles (HR, recruitment, or professional services a plus).
  • A proven track record scaling social-first and search-first campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with MarTech stacks: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva/Adobe, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered content tools.
  • The ability to communicate complex data insights into persuasive creative stories.
  • A confident communicator who can influence senior leaders and mentor new talent.
  • A passion for continuous learning, human-centered design, and purpose-driven growth.
