System Implementation Specialist

E-commerce experience is key in this role, with a focus on BigCommerce. However, other platforms like WooCommerce and Magento are also valued.

This full-time position is located in Clayton South and offers a permanent opportunity to be part of a multi-billion-dollar company.

The successful candidate will work on configuring, supporting, and optimising the e-commerce system, which involves unifying multiple platforms into one powerful system.

This is not a coding from scratch role, but rather about configuring, migrating, and optimising an existing platform that brings together multiple legacy systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and implementing the BigCommerce platform across divisions.
  • Migrating and unifying data and processes from multiple legacy systems.
  • Maintaining catalogues, integrations, and site functions across divisions.
  • Troubleshooting and working with vendors/partners to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has experience with BigCommerce or similar platforms and possesses strong technical skills. They should be detail-focused and organised, but also flexible enough to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
