Job Description

This role plays a critical part in driving profitable growth across targeted accounts in the pacific islands.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to leverage these to understand current market trends, identify opportunities and gaps, and execute effective strategies with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and implement joint strategic account plans to achieve targets including sales, market share, range expansion, and training support.
  • • Maintain an intimate understanding of the market including size, competitors, products, terminology, and ensure alignment of sales plans.

Key Requirements:

  • • Strong background in sales or hardware industry preferred but not essential.
  • • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
  • • Intermediate skills in MS Office to source quantitative and qualitative data.
  • • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • • Ability to work independently and in a team.
