As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering our programs, ensuring high standards of clinical governance across both services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management and clinical leadership, with a passion for fostering positive outcomes in the Alcohol and Other Drug sector. You will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of our programs, including maintaining high standards of clinical governance.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a significant impact in a supportive, dynamic team environment while contributing to positive, transformative outcomes for clients and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading clinical education programs
  • Mentoring a diverse team of up to 30 clinical and non-clinical staff members
  • Building rapport and relating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing detailed reports that showcase health outcomes
  • Negotiating partnerships to enhance service delivery
  • Driving process improvements and implementing innovative ideas

This role offers an attractive salary package, ranging from $106,387 to $111,090 per annum, plus superannuation and attractive salary packaging benefits. You will also receive five extra paid leave days per year to support your wellbeing.
