Manage Accounts Receivable and Foster Strong Relationships

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a Credit Controller position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, taking ownership of their ledger, and ensuring timely payment from customers.

Key responsibilities include collections, account reconciliation, and direct communication with clients to conduct collection calls and follow-ups, reconcile accounts, and allocate payments.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in credit control or a related field
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with industry-standard accounting software
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
