Job Title

We are seeking a Cash Handling Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Gaming operations, you will be responsible for providing quality service to our members and guests.

About the Position

The successful candidate will work in our cash handling facility, performing high-volume cash handling tasks, counting and balancing the safe, reconciling banking for all departments within the club, and operating gaming machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-volume cash handling experience
  • Counting and balancing the safe
  • Reconciliation of banking for all departments
  • Knowledge of gaming machines
  • Providing friendly customer service
  • Drink orders and delivery to machines
  • Reset and payout jackpot wins
  • Operation of Tab and Keno terminals
  • Cleaning of work station and equipment

Requirements:

  • Availability on Friday nights and weekends
  • Reasonable availability Monday to Thursday
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (provided through formalised training)
  • RSA and RCG certifications
