
Traffic Flow Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill Traffic Controller roles.
Job Summary:
As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of traffic flow at all times. This includes identifying on-site hazards and reporting near misses to your team leader, following directives from team leaders, foremen, inspectors, and auditors, and safeguarding maintenance workers, crews, and the public by effectively managing traffic, pedestrians, and cyclists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential hazards and report incidents to your supervisor
- Implement traffic management plans in accordance with established guidelines
- Manage pedestrian and cyclist safety through effective traffic control measures
Eligibility Criteria:
- A valid driver's license is required; preference given to applicants with their own vehicle
- At least 6 months of relevant experience is necessary
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for success in this role
- Flexibility to work during day, night, and occasional Saturdays is required
