This is an office-based role where you will be directly responsible for the management and leadership of the Finance Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and improve business systems.
  • Leadership and mentorship of the finance team, providing training, guidance, and support.
  • Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to set KPIs, track progress, and update senior leadership.
  • Management of external relationships with auditors, banks, and vendors, representing the organisation's financial interests in all dealings.
Requirements:
  • Australian Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • CA, CPA, or NIA qualification.
  • Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and taxation laws.
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar senior role in Australia.
  • Proven track record of achievement with a proactive, high-performing mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills across all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Real Estate knowledge desirable.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) desirable.
