About This Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders alike, acting as a conduit between the front line and support teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting a team of frontline managers and their customer portfolio, giving you exposure to large and complex customers
  • Deepening existing customer relationships through understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions across all product suites

  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Acting as a liaison between the front line and support teams

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in a related discipline
  • Experience in or knowledge of lending and credit risk principles
  • Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and agribusiness products
  • The ability to think outside the square and deliver innovative solutions
