Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled operational leader to join our team as a State Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of senior operations managers and operations managers across NSW & ACT.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering great relationships with clients across the Aged Care & Education sectors
  • Influencing and driving teams to provide high-quality food to our clientele
Key Responsibilities

You will have a significant impact on the success of our business and will be responsible for:

  • Tracking and forecasting financial performance
  • Leading, coaching, and further developing your key senior leaders
  • Building strong professional relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities
  • Overseeing menu preparation and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies
  • Collaborating with other business units to capitalize on opportunities
  • Fostering a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, upskilling, and excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A significant amount of experience within the hospitality sector in a leadership position from a food or catering environment (Aged Care or Education would be well regarded)
  • A comprehensive understanding of contract management
  • A proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals in a hospitality setting
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Relevant qualifications from the food sector
  • The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
