Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join our leadership team as the NSW & ACT State Manager. This critical role is responsible for building strong relationships with clients across the Aged Care and Education sectors, and driving teams to provide high-quality food services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Drive financial performance by tracking and forecasting key metrics, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead, coach and develop senior leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee menu preparation, safety practices, and regulatory compliance, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Collaborate with other business units to capitalise on opportunities, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Leadership experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in aged care or education, with a proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
  • Comprehensive contract management understanding, including negotiation and contract development.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications from a food background, including HACCP and food safety certification.
  • Data analysis and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
