Customer Support Specialists play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery to clients. To excel in this field, you should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, technical acumen, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide top-notch support services to clients, including maintenance, installation, and upgrades.
  • Participate actively in the sales process and offer expert technical assistance throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage and resolve complex technical escalations, keeping stakeholders informed of progress through company-established protocols.
  • Provide industry-leading service by determining cost-effective repair solutions, minimizing downtime for clients.
  • Maintain expertise through ongoing training and development, staying abreast of new technologies relevant to your area of focus.
  • Be prepared to work reasonable additional hours, including on-call support, to effectively fulfill job duties.

For success in this position, you should hold relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in engineering or related fields. A degree-level education or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical engineering, or biomedical engineering is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles.
  • A Restricted Electrical License.
  • A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or experience as an Engineer in the Australian Defense Force specializing in Communications Electronics, RADAR, Instrumentation, or Avionics.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • A full AU driver's license and Australian working rights.
  • Police checks will be required during the onboarding process.
