Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead a strategic transformation initiative. This role will drive uplift in risk management and oversight practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute the integrated CEU Program, fostering collaboration and driving impactful outcomes.
  • Establish robust governance structures, delivery rhythms, and program architecture to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop structured program streams addressing identified areas for improvement through independent reviews and analysis.

This is a permanent position based in Melbourne, offering a dynamic work environment that values diversity and inclusion.

Requirements
  • Proven senior leadership experience in large-scale transformation or complex program delivery.
  • Extensive expertise in risk management across technology, processes, people & culture, and operational design.
  • Formal qualifications in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
