As a key member of our Everyday Banking Portfolio leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of the EDB Strategy and Propositions to Divisional objectives and strategic priorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative propositions and customer solutions that deepen customer engagement, improve business performance, and drive growth. This will involve creating financial business case scenarios to evaluate the feasibility of product propositions, optimising existing customer journeys, and improving the overall customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and refining the EDB Product Proposition and Roadmaps
  • Engaging with Senior Stakeholders across Australia Retail to develop innovative propositions aligned with the EDB Strategy
  • Providing input to benefits realization planning and reviews at key program stages
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, other business units, and key stakeholders

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience or knowledge of deposit, cards, and personal loans products
  • Proven expertise in managing and analysing P&L and identifying revenue growth and cost-efficiency opportunities
  • Proven commercial acumen, highly numerate, and demonstrated data-driven decision making

You will excel as a strong communicator, effectively resolving issues and removing barriers to success. A fast-paced approach with a strong growth mindset is essential, as you will be working closely with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
