About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for developing high-level solution designs and architectural blueprints for banking applications, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, driving effective solution implementation and integration.
  • Design and implement scalable microservices architecture that supports digital transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Create reference architecture, design patterns, and strategies for APIs around core banking systems, empowering business growth and competitiveness.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution design and architecture, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proven experience in the banking domain, including knowledge of open banking standards, regulatory compliance, and industry trends.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies, with expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps principles, driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
