Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead all aspects of the fit-out process, from initial client consultation to design development and project delivery. As a Design Director, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, managing systems and processes, elevating design team standards, and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage and maintain high-quality design standards across all projects
  • Elevate and support the wider design team to achieve excellence
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in commercial office fit-out and refurbishment
  • Expertise in early design as well as detailed project delivery
  • Working knowledge of ArchiCAD or similar software
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
