Customer Experience Professional

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and sales within a fitness environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in busy customer-based environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
About The Role- Deliver high-quality service to customers face-to-face, via email or telephone relating to activities and programs.
- Promote centre activities and benefits to enquiries, leads and prospects.
- Administer facility transactions, undertake financial reconciliation and shift reports.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster across multiple facilities.
- Cash handling experience and/or operation of Point-of-Sale systems
- Experience working independently and within a team
An attractive hourly rate and casual loading are available for this position.
This role requires a Paid Working with Children Check Clearance.
