We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our retail sales team and drive strategic projects within the state.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting market-leading regional sales operations, strong leadership, and a drive for performance and success.
About the Role
- Lead and develop the retail sales team by providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Drive strategic projects within the state by identifying opportunities and developing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Ownership of performance reviews, career, and succession plans to ensure that staff are equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to identify new business opportunities and improve existing ones.
- Support company representation at State events by providing expertise and knowledge to build relationships and grow business.
- Responsible for staff adherence to HSH policies and procedures by ensuring that all team members understand and follow company guidelines.
- Represent the organization as an ambassador to customers by building trust and rapport through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Travel with the sales team covering metropolitan and regional areas of NSW to engage with customers and expand business.
