Job Title: Director of Centre OperationsAre you an experienced early learning professional looking to take your leadership skills to the next level and drive continuous improvement across centre operations?About This Role:

  • Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team to build strong relationships with families and local community networks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care services.
  • Mentor and develop the capabilities of your centre team members.
  • Assume overall management responsibility for the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
  • Evaluate and implement effective practices from the Goodstart Practice Guide.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an early learning setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic leadership team.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the early learning sector and its best practices.
